Prosper Management Group is a residential property management company serving rental owners and investors throughout the Charleston area and the Upstate of South Carolina.
We manage long-term rental homes and small multifamily properties for owners who want steady cash flow without running the day-to-day themselves. Each market has its own local team and office, backed by one shared accounting and operations group.

Property management is all we do
We are not a sales brokerage with a rental division on the side. Leasing, maintenance and accounting for rental owners is our whole business, so that is where all of our time and systems go. When you are ready to sell, we send you back to your agent.

Davis Toney
Co-CEO, Charleston
Davis spent nine years in software, nearly five of them building technology for the real estate industry, before founding Prosper in 2023. He brings that systems-driven approach to property management and leads the Charleston team, working directly with owners and investors deciding how to rent and manage their properties. LinkedIn
Clark Merritt
Co-CEO and Broker-in-Charge, Greenville and the Upstate
Clark has worked in real estate since 2016, first as a land broker and solar developer, which gives him a sharp eye for property value and the numbers behind an investment. He leads Prosper's Upstate team and works closely with investors building and managing rental portfolios. LinkedIn

Yes. Our offices are open Monday to Thursday from 9 AM to 4:30 PM and Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, and tenants can reach our 24/7 emergency maintenance line any time.
