This software is an internal financial analysis tool developed and operated exclusively by Prosper Management Group ("Company") for internal business use. Access is restricted to authorized Company personnel only.

By using this tool, you agree that: (1) this software is proprietary to Prosper Management Group; (2) you will not share access credentials or data with unauthorized parties; (3) the tool connects to QuickBooks Online solely to retrieve Company financial data for internal reporting and analysis; (4) the Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the tool at any time.
