It's Your Listing!

Refer us a client and if they buy or sell, we will make sure they get referred back to you!

$500+ Referral

We will pay you $500 to $10,000 as a referral fee, depending on the number of units.

$250 Partner Fee

Refer us to other Realtors and get paid $250 when they refer us to new clients.

At Prosper, we believe in the power of partnerships. Our Referral Bonus Program is designed to reward and thank agents who refer new property management clients to us. When a referred client's unit is filled, you’ll earn a minimum of $500 bonus as a token of our appreciation.

Simple 2-Step Process for Property Management Referrals:

Initiate Referral:

  • Connect with property owners or investors in your network who could benefit from professional property management services.
  • Share how Prosper Management Group can help them maximize rental income, reduce stress, and streamline their property management experience.

Successful Referral:

  • Ensure the referred client signs a property management agreement with us.
  • Once the unit is filled, we’ll process your $500 referral bonus.

Nervous about referring a client? We'll put the agreement in writing. If there's anything we can do to help you feel more comfortable, let us know.
